Week 16 (Championship Game) prediction

Benchpressers (10-4) @ Kamikaze Maddogs (11-3)
I like both of these teams, but I'm gonna just cut right to the chase: I think that this is Wes's year. I may be completely off base here, but until he posted that poll question the other day about the most dominant team of the last five years Wes has remained fairly humble this year. I know that is probably because he's been busy with work and all, but nonetheless he hasn't been overly cocky this year and that, my friends, is the key-you never want to tick off the fantasy football gods. I know that sounds silly, but Wes has never won an MVRL title in football or baseball and I firmly believe that is due to his arrogance. Don't get me wrong, I like Wes. He's much more humble in real life than he is on the message board and is a pretty knowledgable sports guy. And I think that he'd have about 3 titles under his belt already if he didn't talk so much smack. You get the idea.
Here's specifically what I like about the Pressers this week: the Ravens D. I don't know that a defense has ever been the POY, but this is looking like the year it happens. They have single-handedly carried the Pressers and I think that trend continues this week.
Having said all this, I believe this game will be a close one. I really like Scott's team as well. His receivers (I'm including Shockey here) may be the best our league's ever seen. Yes, I said that. If you disagree, that's fine, but when did a team have a better lineup than Chad Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, Santana Moss, and Jeremy Shockey? Folks, those four are all 1st round picks if they are not keepers. That's unheard of. Plus, he's got Steven Jackson, who's the #4 pick next year in every non-keeper league in America (LDT, LJ, Manning being 1-3). I've been wrong before-in fact, I've been wrong more than I've been right-but I think Wes gets the monkey off his back.
Benchpressers 109, Maddogs 104.

last week: 2-0
season: 40-42
