TMC-Week 8

I'm still hungover from Friday night. At any rate...

Rampage 91 (72), Owls 64 (76)
With Travis Henry coming back to reality and Torry Holt not having a typical Torry Holt game, TQ fell short against Milt. By the way, why didn't I draft Kellen Winslow?
Game ball for Marc Bulger. 2 pass TDs & 327 total yards. 18 points

Double Down 96 (80), Creamers 51 (68)
How good are things going for the DD? Jason Witten is benched and posts 19 points. No problem-Desmond Clark, the starter, posts 25. I haven't gotten 25 points from my TE all friggin year.
Game ball for Marques Colston & Desmond Clark. Colston had 163 yards and 2 TDs for 26 points, while Clark had 6 catches for 86 yards and 2 TDs for 25 points.

Maddogs 69 (96), Puffins 63 (88)
Shoulda took the under. Not much scoring here at all. The Steelers D, Big Ben, & Steven Jackson beat LDT and the Falcons D. I think next year my team name will be LDT and the deadbeats because it seems as though every year that is what my team becomes. One more thing, can I get some help at WR? For the love!
Game ball for the Steelers D. 1 pick, 6 sacks, 81 rush yards, & pass yards. 23 points.

Baggers 134 (91), Depressed 92 (83)
Nice call by Wes on the new name for Hud. Big games from TE Owen Daniels (glad he's not on my roster anymore!) and QBs Drew Brees and Mike Vick led the Baggers. I think they are for real.
Game ball for Owen Daniels. 9 catches for 99 yards and 2 TDs. 28 points.

Benchpressers 69 (102), Crapshoot 50 (81)
Wes rode a big game from the Ravens D to the W. He and Scott share the league's best record (6-2).
Game ball for the Ravens D. 4 picks (2 returned for TDs), 1 DFR, 2 sacks, 35 rush yards, and 1 "hot sauce" tackle on Reggie Bush. 36 points.

Buffet Boys 161 (90), Pietschskins 61 (74)
Yikes! The Boys came out of hibernation and put a beatdown on Troy. LJ and Reggie Wayne combined for more points than the Skins, which is never a good thing, unless they are on your team, in which case it is a good thing. Tom Brady looked good last night on MNF. He played a pretty good game too. He ain't no Carson Palmer though.
Game ball for Larry Johnson and Reggie Wayne. LJ had 181 total yards and 4 TDs for 34 points, while Wayne had 138 total yards, 3 TDs, and a 2-point conversion for 30 points.
